(solution)
Create a well designed web layout that makes the booking process for clients very easy and intuitive as well as creating a client portal so that all interactions can be handled in the same place with no confusion.
(problem)
Current website was inoperable, very hard to operate and was not client friendly at all. We probably lost clients from how poorly our website was presented. Our logo is spelled wrong and we don't like the color red, but want to emphasize that floor scrub machine in new logo.
